Clients must provide complete, accurate, and clear guidelines for the content required. Delayed inputs may affect delivery timelines.
We offer up to 2 free revisions per order. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Content is delivered within the timeline agreed upon at the time of order placement. Any delay from the client’s end may result in an extension of delivery time.
Payment must be made 100% in advance unless agreed otherwise. No content will be delivered without receipt of payment.
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not provided once work has commenced. However, revisions can be requested as per policy.
Once the final payment is received, full ownership and copyrights of the content are transferred to the client.
